How long will my project take?

At HedgeCo, we take pride in providing our clients with quick turn around time. We have had projects go from inception to being live on the internet within 14 days. Due to the complexity of the projects we produce, there is a large amount of communication that needs to take place between the client and our development team. Therefore, a large factor in our time frame has to do with the speed that the client is able to get back to us on our queries.

I already have a logo, can you use that in your website?

A corporate image is very important and we take your firm's branding seriously. We can work with what you have and build a website to fit the corporate image which your customers are already used to.We are also able to build on your image if you want to modernize what you already have

I want my website to look like my favorite financial portal, can you do that?

Due to the proprietary nature and special needs of our hedge fund calculation software, we require that your systems are hosted with us. We offer a variety of hosting plans, which can scale up from a small hedge fund firm (10 investors) to a large firm with multiple funds.

If you simply want a corporate website without the advanced features, then we can create this for you to host on your own system. We do not however, offer our backup system or one year of free technical support to sites hosted on external servers.

Can I tell how many visitors come to my website?

We offer 2 levels of logging. We have found that some of the most valuable information to you will be monitoring the use of your website by your registered investors. Most logging systems may give you general information about how many people visit your site. With our system however, you will be able to see exactly who is visiting your site and what they are doing.

We also offer a web server based logging system that will conduct traditional monitoring of the number of people who visit your website, the frequency of the visits as well as which websites are referring visitors to website.If you already use a third-party tracking system, such as Google analytics or Webtrends, then we will be happy to integrate it into our software.

I want a secure encrypted site

We can offer a secure site as well as a signed "SSL Certificate." This will ensure that all communication between your visitors and the server is encrypted. The SSL Certificate will give your users the peace of mind that they are visiting the correct site. This certificate requires a small annual fee.

How do I register my domain/web address?

Before you can register your domain (URL), you must first see if the address is available. You can search for the proper domain for your firm by using our free domain search tool located on our homepage.

Once you locate the proper available domain, you can register the address right through our website. Simply fill in the necessary information, select a payment method, and you own the web address!

Are hedge funds allowed to have websites?

Yes, hedge funds can maintain websites to display information on their funds. However, this information must only be available to users that have been screened and qualified as accredited investors. There are various other do’s and don’ts that must be followed in and at HedgeCo Website Creation we are sure to make compliance is a priority.

How long does it take to complete a hedge fund website?
