• Investor Registration Our hedge fund and corporate websites are developed with the ability to have users register by filling out a form. The link to this form is generally found on the site's homepage. The investor certifies which type of investor they are, and that they are either a qualified or accredited potential client.
• Investor Approvals System An investor registration process is required by the SEC and most foreign government regulators before a user can view hedge fund information. Our questionnaire not only asks for the users required financial information, but we also include additional questions to give you a better sense of the users background. At any time an investor member's access can be suspended so that they will no longer have access to the hedge fund website. Investors can also be deleted to entirely remove their information from your database.
• Fund Information or Investment Philosophy These pages allow you to type in and edit your fund or firm's investment philosophy.
• Contact Us We utilize the Google Maps API and allow you to edit your physical address, email address, phone number, fax number, etc.
• Legal Disclaimer All of our hedge fund websites contain three different legal disclosures written by top hedge fund attorneys. These disclosures not only help to make sure you are in full compliance with SEC regulations, but they also protect your firm. We include a disclosure for the entry page, one that governs the entire site, and a 'terms of use' that all investors must agree to during their registration process.
• Management Team / Bios Add your firm's teams and bios/photos for management within those teams.
• Fund Structure Display your structure, service providers, and any other data points that want through our configurable "Fund Structure" page. The back-end allows you to add new data and remove existing data, you can also organize your data points into relevant groups.
• Performance & Statistics Our Integrated Hedge Fund Calculator is a unique feature from HedgeCo Website Creation. The internal calculator will keep the performance data up to date on your website simply. All that is necessary is to enter your monthly performance data in the special control panel we create for you, and the calculator will automatically populate your website with Annual Return, Average Annaul Return, Sharpe Ration, Alpha, Beta, R and R2. Having this data on your website will keep your investors or potential investors coming back monthly, and will give them the full transparency they need. We know of no other website creation company that can offer this feature, and we have seen computation companies quote as much as $5,000 per month for a feature such as this.
• Letters & Articles Upload your Monthly/Quarterly letters to your investors through our letters and articles page. You are able to store letters as well as remove or disable letters that are currently displayed.
• Marketing Materials Upload your powerpoint presentations, PDFs and any other marketing material that you have into the marketing materials section of your website.
• Legal Documents Request Your investors or prospective investors can use the legal document request form to gain access to your confidential legal documents (PPM, Offering documents, etc.)
